it was quite long time i want to write a text about Phnom Penh,
i wrote one about Monivong boulevard,
maybe some of you have read already or maybe some never heard of it,

now i feel like want to write something about Phnom Penh,
to express what i feel about this city,

on the other night i wrote in notepad, i spent about 4 hours, i saved it
the next morning i open it back for continuing, it contained onyl ??????????
maybe it due to the saving in khmer unicode,

i will rewrite it again when i have time,
