bullshit mobitel,
last night i received a sms, then i click on call back,
it display +85512…
and it charged me like i was calling the number from outside of the country,
bullshit trick of mobitel!
ahhahah…..such a fucked system cuz u add the +855 prefix. It guess that you call oversea. hahah…..អោយសាឡាស់ទៅ KB ឯង

when i lived in cambodia i used 16 not 12 cos it was cheaper to me . So u should change kb and when will u change it, tell me ur phone number so i can give u a miss call lolz
Tobe honest since i married i has to use 3phone 011,012,016 so bad but:
011. From my company(it’s free call same network)but can’t call oversea or SMS
016. use with my PDA (GPRS)for E-mail check , web and chat with my sweetie or SMS
012. my Personal phone but not much use unless my sweet can’t call in to 011&016
anyway i am not use much money 016 GPRS not so much expensive 012 only 5USD per month
so one month only 20 USD.
But if include my Internet card call + my sweetie VIP card and + phone fee for account in USA =?
1000USD per month and sometime more than
LONG DISTANCE LOVE NOT SO CHEAP! BUT NO CHOICE.

i told you once my number but never got ur missed call ! LOL
that my wife spend here i can’t pay more than 100 USD for connection to her otherwise no food in my stomach

What are the problems? As i know they are many
problems in communication system in Cambodia.I tell the truth to everybody that i don’t like our country communication system.
You know Mobitel or Camshin or whatever they
try to knock each other out of the market so that
they can increase the price of telecomunication.
I don’t know what the fucking bullshit doing…
I just know that in free market they have the right to compete but not in that shit way….
hmm too bad that the system is not good .
