You might just started a blog for fun or maybe it is getting more as a hobby. You wrote about many things that interest you around your everyday life. Then one day, a question might appear in your mind. What I am blogging about?

This is just a simple question but not everybody can answer this quickly but don’t worry one day it will come, naturally. I will talk here how do I approach to get a reference for my blog. Chris Brogan, a well known expert in media marketing has shared 100 topics that you can write about. Take a look and maybe you found what you are looking for.

If it is difficult for you to answer the question, you are not alone. It is easy to start a blog, you can get it one at wordpress.com but to normalize your blog to a group or usually we call it as a topic, you lost. When you want to dig a blog post to digg.com, which topic should you choose?

You might google and find a lot of tips and tutorials that show you how to choose a right topic for your blog. I will show quickly how you can reference your to a topic and start to communicate with other bloggers.

I know alltop.com since a while. Beside reading some good contents from there, I don’t know much how I can get benefit from it. Alltop is like a library, a collections of the good blog posts by topic. They got the label from A-Z which you might already, after look for a while, found the most relevant topic to your blog.

If not, try to type in search box, anything that related to the topics you are currently blog about. Then Alltop will propose you a numbers of relevant topics to your interests. Pick the one that you think it is for you and click on it. Alltop will show you a page that you can find top posts from the topic and best blogs related to the topic.

Now you are not alone anymore. You know where to find good bloggers that have the same interests as you, start to read their blog, learn from them and don’t forget to leave comment on their blog. You will realize to start to have more visitors that are interesting in the same topic as you.

I guess this is what a blogger want to improve the way they blog and have more community in their interest. I should name this blog in another way that might attract more people and search engine but I think the most priority for you right now is to reference your blog and communicate with other bloggers.

More tips will come soon.
