The variations can be experienced in the last few months of the dry season when the rainy season is just about to begin. Temperatures can vary between hot and cold in March and April. This variation also happens between May and June when the rainy season has just started. The highest temperatures are recorded during this period.
The dry season occurs when dry northeast monsoon winds blow across Cambodia between October and April. The weather is cool between November and January but the highest temperatures are recorded in April. This means that you have to schedule your trips early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
