There are two menus – the set menu and an a la carte menu.
The set menu changes each month and offers 7 dishes, with a choice of two main courses. There are six courses in total with the Amuse Bouche, Appetizer, Soup, Refresher, Main Course and Desert.
The set menu comes with a fixed price of $36. You can also add a wine pairing with 4 glass set for $28. Each wine has been specifically chosen to accompany the meal.

The twins have both studied in France, have worked in large resorts in Cambodia and now put their names to the Embassy Restaurant in Siem Reap.

As you eat your meal, you will go through a journey explaining the various meals to you. Each meal has been created using fresh produce from one of Cambodia’s provinces. The staff will explain each dish, where it comes from and what traditional ingredients it includes.
Like you would expect from a fine dining restaurant, the service is excellent. The team is very well trained, knowledgeable, speak Excellent English and smile throughout your stay.
Your meal is delivered quickly, the wines are just the right temperatures, and everything is great. In fact, TripAdvisor has a solid 5-star rating for service at the Embassy.
The restaurant is in the far-end corner of the King’s Road complex in Siem Reap. It’s easy to find, just ask your tuk-tuk driver to take you to King’s Road and head to the northeast corner.

The Embassy restaurant is located on the first floor and you’ll need to walk up some stairs to get there. On the ground floor, is a macaroon shop which is part of the same business.
There isn’t anywhere else in Siem Reap quite like the Embassy Restaurant. The Kimsan twins have done a wonderful job making new and exciting menus combining their experience from around the world and their knowledge of local ingredients.
