In two weeks’ time, you will be heading to the ballot box to decide what kind of country you want to live in. It’s a profound choice. But no matter who wins this election, we’re going to need to work together, watch out for each other, and, yes, watch each other, to keep us all safe and sound. – House of Cards
This Sunday 04 June 2017 is an important day. It’s an important day for everyone. It’s your chance to vote for the best people for the community.
Don’t follow somebody’s opinion. You have to decide on your own will. Vote for the people you have confidence in.
I am not here to make any influence on you. I’ve just wanted to share some useful links on how to vote and where we can follow the results of the elections.
Let’s start our guide …
Check your name
I would recommend that you check your name to know your number and office code. It will be easy and save time to find the right room for voting.
You can go to voterlist.org.kh, select the city you registered and type your name.
You should get back the result as below:
What document you need for voting?
Your identity card is the only document you need. In some case, there’s also a card issued for those who work for The National Election Committee (NEC).
How to follow the result?
The first source would be necelect.org.kh. It is still unconfirmed how fast we can know the result. It should be on the same day.
Comfrel also built a website: cambodianvotervoice.net to update the result online.
I personally built a page on tagboard.com to collect the news, articles, and posts from Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, and Flickr.
If you want to share something related to Cambodia Elections, please add this hashtag #ElectionsKH at the end of your post.
