I remember, when i was in France, in a small town in Toulouse, I always had lunch at a Khmer restaurant. All the diners knew about Cambodian summer rolls and ordered a lot of them; they are the best and most popular Cambodian food across the world.
Cambodia has a lot of nice and tasteful foods. i will try to introduce you to some more later, but if you follow the recipe below, you won’t be disappointed. If the sauce is too spicy for you, cook the non-spicy sauce.
I have heard that cooking sometimes can be entertainment, but, to be frank, I know nothing about cooking. However, it is something to do that differs from work; it can be relaxing, and the results can be shared with family and friends.
I surfed the web and found a site with good recipes. I hope you will try them. if you think you don’t have time to cook, check out a Cambodian restaurant. I think most of them will have summer rolls on the menu.
