the song told about a night working girl, where we could easily these days find in Karaoke club or any Night club in town. She is losing when she look at herself in the mirror,
the music started slowly with a slow rock melody, the lyric began to tell everything in details about the light, the lotus on the table, the songs that she remember from the heart, the Angkor beer and the Ice .. it’s recall exactly what is happening these day in Phnom Penh or possibly somewhere else. Mooson Of perfum tells everything in details even the desert that she usually take late at night …
Nimol, she got a power full voice, she leads the emotion along the music of Dengue Fever Band in their latest album Venus On Earth. Her voice, when we listen to Mooson of Perfum, it’s required another look into Cambodian society.

One day for sure, what she have done will be recognized by local Phnom Penh people or even in US. She is a real Cambodian singer that always keep her identity as an independent artist. Don’t think she forgot herself or her culture. It’s new song but it’s still a Cambodian Rock song and she is still and always a Cambodian artist.

That is the educated songs for the nigh life of Cambodian girls or women who are working at night and are under pressure from employers. Looking at the women who are working at night club, Karaoke, or Beergardens, are always looked down on from guests and society.
definitively, i wish to get more Cambodian song that make reflection of the real situation and request for a change.
