The photo says a lot of things together. I like this kind of photo.

There is no real cinema in Phnom Penh.

In fact, we have few cinemas in Phnom Penh but they are not the real cinema. Why? for few reasons:

1. No good quality film.
2. No Audiences

I am quite sure which one need to come first,

Many cinema in Phnom Penh was shut down and some have been transferred into Night Club or Karaoke.

Like this one is taken by a filmmaker that joined a group to make a movie about Cambodia. I read their dairy but seem hard to understand what kind of story they are developing.

Details about their project

Most of cinemas became night clubs and Karaoke pallor already. Because they do not want to invest movies which gives them low profit than night club and karaoke.
