It made me realize that any one of us could have been Somaly had it not been one small turn that steered us away from it. One small turn... I am grateful to the the higher power that has blessed me not to witness or be one of the girls. Somehow, our mom was able to take us to the US. Somaly has turned a horrific experience into a positive change. With that, I am so proud of her. I have read The Road to Lost Innocence.
