we should not call this invading with the name of Preah Vihear anymore, because the Preah Vihear temple is already belongs to us.
this invading should is purely made by Thai, with their intention to take our land. The word Preah Vihear should not be used in the media.
this is the invading, purely an invading from Thais. because until today Thai got no intention to negotiate about the border issue, they said whatever they want, they change their position everyday, what they really want? it’s not to clarify the border problem but to invade into Cambodia territory with their tricks. the first 3 persons entered into the temple is also their trick to get reason to send troops near Preah Vihear.
we should not use the Preah Vihear to name their invading, it’s not the correct one. we should call this is the Thai Invading into Cambodia territory. The case Preah Vihear is closed. do not follow their trick.
they invaded into Cambodia territory and after a while they said that land belongs to them. we should not let them come around that pagoda, we should not allow them to stay amount us. for sure we don’t want to make any war, but if they come in our territory, we have our duty to stop them. it’s out of questions to let them step into our land.
now they came up with their fake map and they will not move back and said back to us to move back and share the benefit from Preah Vihear 40% to them.
It’s Cambodian’s land Thai Premier Minister! it’s not no man’s land like you quote.
you got no right to do that Thais, you make up everything and the world is watching you. and if we need to fight, we will fight you until the end to guard our land.
there’s no way you can take the land from us,
we, the Cambodia people will fight until the end and the world will condemn you and your people.

Is it true that they made a 40% compromise? If it was the case, it was a nonsense. Preah Vihear bears a symbolic meaning to our land and our people. It is a national treasure and a world heritage. It is not a matter of price tag to us, but it is a matter of national integrity. Shame on them if they really put a price tag on the temple priceless to us.
Thai greed knows no bound. Like an old saying goes, if you give people like them an inch, they will take all you’ve got. As Khmers, we should ask ourselves why have our empire collapse? was it because of our own follies? Yes, partly, I’d say, but it does not preclude the fact that Thais are back stabbers and conniving thieves, who have always been the driving force behind our demise. We now have so little left of what precious land our ancestors left to us, and we still cannot live in peace, even with so little left. They want to deprive Khmers all of our land, leaving us destitute and displaced. They can pray, they can scheme, they can lie, but that day would not come as long as one Khmer who care about our motherland survives. If we were meant to perish, that day would have come long ago. But we went through hell and came back, to stay forever.
Sorry i am thai. i am hurt to see every one in cambodia hate thai. some thai are bad but another are good. i don’t blame my gavn’t cause all they done just want thire own country become strong and well-known! If you were thai, you will also.

Once the Thai troops is go back, we can think about reconciling.
let’s make things clear here:
1. it’s out of question to talk about Preah Vihear. Preah Vihear belongs to Cambodia. it’s all clear since 1962.
2. there’s already a committee to discuss and resolve the border lines. Thai troops should not get any involved with this kind of thing. this king of thing need to calm down, discuss and find the way out.
3. moving Thai troops into Cambodia territory is illegal and it called an invasion. Thai need to do the necessary to resolve this. there’s no excuse for this kind of thing.
i hope the meeting today in Siem Reap will bring something better.

1. first time is only preas vihear temple problem.

I’m Thais. I thought we should be stop mud and base on truth. With the respect our Cambodian friends! we mustn’t be the victim of bloody nationalism all both side of Thai-Cambodia. We can love nation but not be crazy it. I believe every one who posted in this blog is the educated people. It would be wisely to use our potential in the right doing.

We met the short RPG. rocket in secure zone which we can prove that it was shot from neighbor.

I know you ‘d ever studied in Paris. Fellow, Have you ever seen the French map year 1917? That’s the map before French map 1918 which changed the original territory. I’ve never blamed the currently Cambodia but the deep root of conflict was the initial by French.
Well Cambodia won the case at World court. But this is the old story which Thais never forget. We’re in the modernized world today. We should find out how to be together. Eventhough you guys may hate or boycott Thais but we can’t move our country from the other.
Hate never give peace but love give peace.

i have been busy these day but that’s ok, you feel free to comment here, even you are Thai. we love our country. and we will protect our territory from those who invades. it’s simple. there’s no demand of much understanding. and there’s no confusing when Thai troops began to invade into the Cambodia territory near Preah Vihear temple. there’s pictures and there are presence of those Thai troops. we don’t want to make war. like someone said, for good or bad reason, war is bad. but imagine in reverse if we don’t send our troops to stop and try to push back Thai troops, what will happen?
if some other Thais want to make peace, why can’t arrange within your nation to stop this. the problem is simple. both side need to respect what was the last map recognized by both side and also witnessed by International. i said the last one, because the original Cambodia map was much bigger than this. so please stop asking all previous map.

I sad to see the injury or death bodies of Thai-Khmer because this conflict. I wacthed it with sadness. In Thailand, the TV. channals have more free to show the film of both side. Sympathized for the injuried and died soldier’s families of Thai and Khmer. With respect heart ,all you guys did the best role of soldier. I’d ever been in time of cold war. In 1979, I saw the refugee camp a long Thai-Cambodia border. It was sad to see people flee from killing field , they had been affected from war. I don’t want to see the civillian bear the suffering from war. I meant in both side.

im a 22 year old khmer living in australia. Thank you very much thailand for letting us seek refuge in your country during our civil war. even though thai soldiers abused us we were alot happier away from khmer rouges. Many of us found refuge in western countries all through thai refugee camps. countries such as America australia new zealand england france. And then new Generation of cambodians were born (me for an example). And i have all the equipment in the world to fullfil my requirements in my studys.
